- End-to-end land acquisition — identification, due diligence, negotiation, and closure of clear-title lands for development

- Build and manage a strong network of landowners, brokers, aggregators, local agents & government officials in the above districts

- Lead legal & technical due diligence — Title verification, RTC, Mutation, Conversion, EC, Survey, 11E sketch, Bhoomi records

- Liaison with Tahsildar, Sub-registrar, DC office, Revenue Department for land approvals & documentation

- Negotiate pricing, terms and finalize agreements (Agreement to Sale, Sale Deed, JDA/JV where applicable)

- Build and lead a team of field executives / acquisition managers district-wise

- Prepare land bank reports, budgets, and acquisition pipeline for management

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
