About the role:

GIAARA Atelier is looking for a Tailor Helper to assist with sampling, cutting and stitching for our women's ethnic and resort wear line, made with natural fabrics like khadi cotton, silk and linen.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the Master Tailor and Tailor with sample development and cutting
- Support basic stitching tasks as per given patterns and instructions
- Maintain fabric, thread and trim organization on the floor
- Ensure work meets company quality and finishing standards
- Assist with pressing, folding and packing of finished garments

Requirements:

- Hands-on experience in sampling, cutting and stitching (even if informal/on-the-job)
- Willingness to learn and work under the guidance of senior tailors
- Basic understanding of garment construction preferred
- Punctual, reliable, and comfortable working in a small team
- Based in or able to commute within Mumbai
