Role Description This is a full-time, on-site LabVIEW Developer role based in Bengaluru South. The LabVIEW Developer will design, develop, and maintain automated test and validation systems using NI LabVIEW and TestStand, ensuring robust performance and scalability.

Responsibilities include creating test sequences, integrating hardware for data acquisition, collaborating with cross-functional engineering and production teams, and troubleshooting system issues during deployment. The role involves implementing PLC, HMI, and vision inspection integrations where needed, optimizing test workflows for efficiency and traceability,



and preparing technical documentation, test reports, and user guides. The LabVIEW Developer will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, support on-site commissioning, and provide training and technical support to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in NI LabVIEW development and NI TestStand for automated test and validation systems.
- Experience with data acquisition hardware, measurement systems, and instrument control.
- Knowledge of PLC and HMI integration, including industrial communication protocols.
- Familiarity with vision inspection systems and image-processing tools used in manufacturing environments.
- Understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts, traceability solutions, and production data reporting.
- Background in automated test equipment, end-of-line testing, or PCB functional testing and validation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and system architecture diagrams.
- Effective problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in office.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for documentation, reporting, and stakeholder interaction.
- Experience in automotive, electrical, or electronics manufacturing domains is highly beneficial.
- Willingness to work in an on-site, lab and shop-floor environment and support system commissioning.
