Key Responsibilities

- End End to End handling of RBI Escalations
- Coordination with customers for end to end resolution
- Coordination with departments and sharing of RCA
- Social Media escalation handling
- Monthly presentation of MIS/PPT
- Preparation and Updation of SOP’s
- Process improvement

Key Performance Indicators

- Resolution of customer escalations & Complaints within TAT
- RCAs and Improvement in the processes to control escalations
