Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Laboratory Technician role based in North Delhi.

The Laboratory

Technician will perform routine and specialized laboratory tests related to food chemicals, including sample preparation, analysis, and documentation of results.

Responsibilities include operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, following standardized test methods, supporting quality control procedures, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines. The role involves accurate record-keeping, assisting with product development trials, calibrating instruments,



and reporting any deviations or nonconformities to senior staff.

Technician will collaborate with the quality and production teams to help ensure consistent product quality and reliable test data.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong laboratory skills and experience working as laboratory technicians in chemical or food testing environments.
- Candidates should possess hands-on experience with laboratory equipment, including calibration, routine maintenance, and protected operation.
- Candidates should possess solid quality control capabilities, including adherence to test protocols, documentation standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Candidates should possess analytical skills for interpreting test results, identifying trends or anomalies, and supporting problem-solving activities.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in chemistry, food technology, or a related scientific field is preferred.
- Knowledge of food additives or food chemicals and familiarity with relevant safety practices (such as handling chemicals and PPE usage) is beneficial.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow written procedures and standard operating instructions are essential.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with production and quality assurance teams are advantageous.
