Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced L2 Azure Integration Engineer to provide operational support, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Azure-based integration services supporting critical banking and enterprise business processes. The role involves managing and troubleshooting Azure Logic Apps, Azure Automation Runbooks, Azure Storage services, and SFTP-based integrations, including investigating workflow failures, analyzing integration errors, troubleshooting file transfers, validating access and permissions, and restoring services within defined SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

Azure Integration Operations & Monitoring

- Provide L2 operational support for Azure-based integration services supporting critical banking and enterprise business processes
- Monitor and manage alerts across Azure Logic Apps, Azure Automation Runbooks, Azure Storage, SFTP, and related integration components
- Investigate recurring alerts and incidents and develop deeper technical expertise in the systems and components generating the highest volume of incidents
- Ensure effective monitoring, alert triage, incident ownership, and timely escalation within defined SLAs

Workflow & Integration Troubleshooting

- Investigate and troubleshoot failed Azure Logic Apps workflows, and integration processes
- Analyze workflow execution history, error messages, logs, and dependencies to identify root causes
- Troubleshoot issues across APIs, authentication, authorization, networking, and enterprise integration components
- Validate dependencies and restore failed services or workflows within defined SLAs

SFTP & File Transfer Support

- Troubleshoot SFTP-based integrations, including file transfer failures, connectivity issues, authentication problems, and file processing errors
- Investigate file delivery, pickup, naming, format, and processing issues across integrated systems




- Validate SFTP connectivity, credentials, permissions, and relevant network dependencies
- Coordinate with application, infrastructure, security, and third-party teams to resolve complex file transfer issues

Azure Storage & Access Management

- Troubleshoot issues related to Azure Storage Accounts, Blob Storage, file shares, and storage-based integrations
- Validate storage access, permissions, authentication, and connectivity
- Investigate failures related to file availability, access restrictions, storage configuration, and integration dependencies
- Support the resolution of RBAC, identity, and access-related issues impacting integrations

API, Authentication & Network Troubleshooting

- Troubleshoot integration issues involving REST APIs, authentication mechanisms, certificates, tokens, and service connectivity
- Analyze HTTP response codes, API failures, authentication errors, and integration dependencies
- Investigate network-related issues involving DNS, firewall rules, private endpoints, connectivity, and access controls
- Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve cross-platform integration incidents

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

- Collaborate with L1 support, Azure Engineering, RPA, Application, Network, Security, and business teams to resolve complex incidents
- Contribute to the development and improvement of runbooks, knowledge articles, troubleshooting guides, and operational procedures
- Identify recurring failure patterns and recommend improvements to monitoring, alerting, automation, and service reliability
- Build deeper technical expertise in Azure and RPA, particularly across systems and components responsible for the highest volume of alerts and incidents
