- Maintain strict cleanliness and safety standards across all kitchen, food prep, and storage areas.
- Supervise dishwashing, pot-scrubbing, and deep-cleaning schedules.
- Ensure proper handling, dilution, and storage of cleaning and chemical agents.
Team Management
- Monitor daily attendance, punctuality, grooming, and discipline of stewarding staff.
- Prepare shift allocations, duty rosters, and manage manpower across shifts.
- Conduct on-the-job training and guide recent team members
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
