Role Overview

We are seeking a warm, committed, and creative Kindergarten Teacher to join our Waldorf-inspired Early Childhood Program.

The ideal candidate will support children’s holistic development through:

- Play-based learning
- Hands-on activities
- Storytelling
- Rhythm and movement
- Nurturing classroom routines

Key Responsibilities

- Create a safe, engaging, and well-organized classroom environment
- Conduct daily activities including:
- Storytelling
- Circle time
- Free play
- Art & craft
- Movement sessions
- Outdoor play
- Practical life tasks
- Introduce early literacy and numeracy readiness through play and experiential learning
- Observe and document each child’s developmental progress; maintain accurate records
- Build solid communication with parents and provide regular updates
- Manage behaviour gently and consistently to ensure positive interactions




- Collaborate with colleagues, assistant teachers, and coordinators for planning and supervision
- Ensure classroom safety, hygiene, and adherence to school policies

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education / Child Development / relevant field (any degree considered)
- Montessori, Kindergarten, or Waldorf Early Childhood training preferred
- Prior experience in early childhood education is preferable
