Job Summary:

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and responsible Kindergarten Assistant to support the teacher in creating a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment for young children. The candidate will assist with , learning activities and day-to-day child care management.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Kindergarten Teacher with daily classroom activities and lesson preparation.
- Support children during learning, play, art, storytelling, and other activities.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
- Assist children with basic personal needs such as eating, hygiene, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Monitor children and ensure their safety during classroom and outdoor activities.
- Encourage children to participate in activities and develop positive social behavior.
- Help prepare teaching materials, worksheets, crafts, and classroom resources.
- Assist the teacher in managing classroom routines and maintaining discipline in a positive manner.
- Communicate any concerns regarding a child’s behavior, participation, or well-being to the teacher.
- Support school events,



celebrations, and other activities when required.
- Maintain a friendly and supportive relationship with children, teachers, and parents.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Kindergarten Teacher or School Management.

Requirements

- Graduate/Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Montessori, Childcare, or a related field is preferred.
- Freshers can apply.
- Previous experience working with young children is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, caring, and friendly attitude toward children.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of English is preferred.
- Candidates should be responsible, punctual, and attentive to children’s needs.
