About the role:

We are looking for customer-focused professionals with experience in life insurance sales who can build robust relationships, understand customer needs, and drive business growth through direct sales.

Key responsibilities:

- Drive direct sales of life insurance products.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Understand customer financial protection needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to policy issuance.




- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
- Conduct customer meetings and field visits as required.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Life Insurance – Direct Sales.
- Prior experience in relationship management.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship skills.
- 2-wheeler preferred, but not mandatory.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and field sales activities.
- Ability to work toward sales targets.
