About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage the end-to-end execution and deployment of Government Examination Centre projects across Pan India. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and successfully deploying examination centres across multiple locations. The role requires close coordination with Government authorities, clients, internal teams, vendors, contractors, and site teams to ensure that every centre is fully operational and ready within the defined timelines.

The ideal candidate should have strong project execution, stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and problem-solving capabilities,



along with the ability to manage multiple locations simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end project execution and deployment of Government Examination Centres.
- Coordinate with Government officials, clients, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
- Plan project timelines, deployment schedules, resources, and site readiness.
- Monitor multiple locations and ensure projects are delivered within defined timeline, scope, and quality standards.
- Coordinate deployment of manpower, infrastructure, IT equipment, materials, and other project requirements.
- Conduct site visits and monitor centre readiness and operational preparedness.
- Identify and resolve project-level issues, risks, and escalations.
- Prepare project trackers, MIS reports, and regular management updates.
- Ensure successful handover, closure, and operational readiness of examination centres.

Candidate Profile:

- 6-12 years of experience in Project Management, Project Execution, Infrastructure Deployment, or Operations.
- Experience handling Government Projects / Government Clients preferred.
- Experience managing multi-location projects will be an added advantage.
- Strong stakeholder, vendor, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and project management capabilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.

Qualification: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Operations, Project Management, IT, Civil, Electrical, or a related field.
