We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Q-Commerce Manager to manage and grow our FMCG non-food business across quick-commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket Now,Amazon Now, Flipkart Minutes and other relevant marketplaces.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in marketplace management, sales growth, inventory planning, promotions, and commercial operations within the FMCG non food or e-commerce industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the quick-commerce growth strategy for FMCG non-food categories.
- Manage business performance across platforms, including sales, orders, revenue, margins, and market share.
- Handle product listings, assortment, pricing, promotions, visibility, and availability.
- Ensure high product availability and minimize stock-outs, cancellations, and lost sales.
- Plan and execute platform-specific promotional campaigns and brand activations.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as:
- Gross merchandise value
- Orders and average order value
- Conversion rate
- Product availability
- Search ranking and visibility
- Return and cancellation rates
- Contribution margins
- Manage relationships and commercial negotiations with quick-commerce partners.
- Coordinate with sales, supply chain, demand planning, warehouse, finance, and marketing teams.
- Analyze category trends, customer behavior, competitor pricing, and marketplace performance.




- Develop dashboards and regular reports with actionable business insights.
- Recommend new products, pack sizes, pricing strategies, and assortment opportunities.
- Ensure accurate product content, images, claims, pricing, and brand visibility across platforms.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in quick commerce, e-commerce, marketplace management, or FMCG.
- Experience handling non-food FMCG categories such as:
- Personal care
- Home care
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, Amazon, or similar marketplaces.
- Strong understanding of digital commerce, category management, trade promotions, and inventory planning.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
