Role: Key Account Manager

We're looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to build and manage strategic relationships with our key customers and drive business growth.

What You'll Do

- Manage and grow relationships with key enterprise/SI (System Integrator) clients
- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts
- Understand client business needs and identify opportunities for growth
- Drive account plans, revenue expansion, and customer engagement
- Build robust relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Coordinate with internal sales, delivery, and technical teams to ensure customer success
- Track account performance, opportunities, and customer requirements

What We're Looking For
- 3–8 years of experience in Key Account Management, Enterprise Sales, or a related role
- Proven experience in key account management




- Strong experience managing top System Integrator (SI) clients
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills
- Commercial acumen with a focus on revenue growth and customer retention
- Ability to work collaboratively across sales, delivery, and leadership teams
