Role Overview:

We are looking for an Amazon E-commerce Operations professional who has hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central (ARIPL).

The role will primarily focus on Amazon operations, Vendor Central management, inventory, PO processing, cataloguing and account coordination along with sales responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon Vendor Central / ARIPL
- Handle PO processing, tracking and fulfilment
- Monitor inventory and ensure stock availability / prevent OOS
- Coordinate with internal Supply Chain teams for timely dispatches
- Manage product listings, cataloguing, A+ Content and Brand Store updates
- Coordinate Amazon promotions, deals and coupons
- Interact with Amazon Category Managers regarding stock, visibility and promotions




- Coordinate with external digital marketing agency and monitor AMS performance
- Track sales, inventory and competitor activities using Excel
- Monitor operational metrics such as Fill Rate, OTD and ASN compliance
- The role also carries sales targets and sales accountability, but the core responsibility is E-commerce/Amazon Operations

Required Skills:

- Hands-on experience in Amazon Vendor Central / ARIPL is mandatory/preferred
- 2-5 years of E-commerce Operations / Amazon experience
- FMCG / Food category experience preferred
- Good knowledge of Amazon processes, PO, inventory and fulfilment
- Positive Excel skills VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, reporting
