- Role Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Record Direct and Indirect expenses, customer collections, vendor account reconciliation for payment.
- Recording of JV project payments and entries into project accounts




- Preparation of JV financial statement/ reports on timely basis in accordance with PA/ JOA specifications.
- Support JV payments by ensuring accurate partner balances, prepare detailed JV partner account reconciliation.
- Prepare joint interest billings (JIBs), validate project expenses, and ensure proper sharing of costs and revenues, validate Cost centre, AFE
- Assist with accruals and cost corrections
- Agreement Compliance: Review Joint Operating Agreements (JOA) to ensure correct profit/loss sharing, expense allocations, and adherence to industry standards
- Sharing requisite data with Tax advisory/ Auditor

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance/ Cost accountant/ CA Inter.
- 2 to 3 years of accounting experience, ideally specializing in joint ventures or partnership accounting preferably in Oil & Gas sector.
- Proficiency in TALLY and Excel
- Solid interpersonal communication skills to act as the primary liaison between internal operations and external partners.
