We are looking for a creative, presentable and proactive Junior Social Media Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a positive understanding of social media platforms, be comfortable creating engaging content, and have the ability to manage multiple client accounts.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, reels, social media trends, LinkedIn, and working directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Create and edit Reels and short-form videos.
- Prepare weekly and monthly content plans.
- Write captions, post copy and creative content ideas.
- Create engaging LinkedIn content for brands and personal profiles.
- Research competitors and identify social media trends.
- Manage and coordinate content for multiple client accounts.
- Communicate with clients for content, feedback and approvals.
- Monitor basic social media performance and suggest improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and formats.
- Assist with client shoots, events and other content activities when required.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in social media/content creation.




- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Good content writing and creative thinking skills.
- Experience creating Reels and basic video editing.
- Knowledge of Canva, CapCut or similar tools.
- Good understanding of social media trends.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Presentable and confident when communicating with clients.
- Good English communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.

Work Requirements
- Work from office – Remote work is not applicable.
- Candidate should have their own laptop suitable for content creation and basic video editing.
- Must be comfortable working according to UAE working hours.
- Should be willing to attend client meetings, events and shoots when required.

Preferred
- Previous experience in a digital marketing agency.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and digital marketing.
- Basic photography and video shooting skills.
- Experience with LinkedIn personal branding.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
