Role Description The Junior Sales Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, supporting the sales and technical teams in delivering automation solutions to industrial clients. In this position, the team member assists in understanding customer requirements, preparing technical proposals, and supporting product demonstrations related to PLC, SCADA/HMI, robotics, and motion control systems.

Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with engineering teams, contributing to system presentations, preparing documentation and quotes,



and providing follow-up support to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves learning company offerings, staying updated on industrial automation trends, and participating in site visits to gather technical details and support commissioning activities. This position is ideal for individuals seeking hands-on exposure to industrial automation while developing strong customer-facing and technical communication skills.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in industrial automation and process control, with basic knowledge of PLC, SCADA/HMI, and motion control systems.
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts, read electrical or automation diagrams, and assist in solution proposals.
- Good communication and presentation skills to interact with clients, prepare technical documentation, and support sales discussions.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly in a agile environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or related engineering discipline.
- Interest in Industrial Automation, Industry 4.0; prior internship or project experience in these areas is an advantage.
- Comfort working on-site in industrial environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
