Key Responsibilities:

- Support daily retail operations and assist with routine store activities.

- Assist in sales forecasting, inventory tracking, and preparation of retail performance reports.

- Maintain, update, and analyse Excel reports related to sales, inventory, and store performance.

- Support Shopify operations and assist with maintaining accurate retail data.

- Coordinate with Store Managers and internal teams for smooth execution of retail activities.

- Support inventory planning and monitor stock movement across retail stores.

Requirements:

- 0–1 year of experience in Retail, FMCG, E-commerce, or related industries. Freshers with relevant skills may also be considered.

- Strong proficiency in MS Excel with good analytical and reporting skills.

- Basic knowledge of sales forecasting,



inventory tracking, and inventory planning.

- Basic knowledge of Shopify is preferred.

- Good understanding of retail operations with strong communication and coordination skills.

- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
