Job Summary
V-Axis Automation Solutions is looking for energetic, self-motivated and customer-focused freshers to join our team as Junior Sales Engineers.
The selected candidate will promote industrial automation products and solutions, identify business opportunities, understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team to recommend suitable solutions.
This role involves regular interaction with customers and visits to offices, factories and project locations across Hyderabad and nearby areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify prospective customers and generate new sales leads.
- Contact customers through telephone calls, emails, online platforms and direct visits.
- Visit customer offices, factories and project locations to understand their requirements.
- Promote industrial automation products such as PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, sensors, switches, relays and control components.
- Explain product features, technical benefits and suitable applications to customers.
- Assist with product presentations, demonstrations and customer meetings.
- Collect technical and commercial requirements from customers.
- Coordinate with application engineers and internal teams to recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Prepare quotations, product comparisons, proposals and other sales documents.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, purchase orders, deliveries and payments.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, projects and business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries and follow-up activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Work toward the sales targets assigned by the company.
- Continuously learn about industrial automation products,
competitors and market developments.
Educational Qualification
- Diploma or B.E. in Electrical Engineering.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- No previous work experience is required.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of electrical systems, motors, control panels and industrial electrical components.
- Basic knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, sensors or industrial automation products will be an advantage.
- Interest in technical sales, customer interaction and business development.
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products.
- Good follow-up, negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email communication.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer meetings and site visits.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates currently residing in Hyderabad will be preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, Hindi, Telugu
- Candidates should own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving licence.
- Confident and comfortable interacting with customers.
- Self-motivated and interested in achieving sales targets.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Genuine interest in industrial automation and technical sales.
