Role Description

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager / Customer Success Manager to own client relationships and project delivery for our growth marketing agency. You'll be the primary point of contact for clients, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure exceptional service delivery.

What You'll Do

- Manage day-to-day client communication via Slack, email, and calls
- Coordinate work across SEO analysts, designers, developers, and HubSpot specialists to get the work done
- Review deliverables before they go to clients, ensuring quality and accuracy
- Handle client questions, concerns, and escalations with confidence
- Track project timelines and hold team members accountable for deadlines
- Identify upsell opportunities and flag risks early
- Work with finance on billing and invoicing matters

What We're Looking For





- 3+ years in project management or customer success at a digital marketing agency
- Working knowledge of SEO, web development, CRM (HubSpot preferred), and design — you don't need to be an expert, but you need to understand enough to challenge the team and speak intelligently to clients
- Robust project management instincts — you're organized, detail-oriented, and can keep multiple workstreams moving
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Comfortable being direct — you know when to push back on clients and when to crack the whip internally
- Experience working with international clients (UK/US preferred)
