Job SummaryWe are looking for a Junior Product Support Representative to join our product support team.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide first-level product support to customers through phone, email, chat, and online meetings.
- Understand customer queries and provide clear, step-by-step solutions.
- Reproduce and document reported issues.
- Create and maintain support tickets with accurate details.
- Escalate technical issues to the development/QA team when necessary.
- Follow up with customers until issues are resolved.
- Assist with product demonstrations and basic user training.
- Collect customer feedback and share it with the product team.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.

Skills Required
- Good English communication skills,



both written and verbal.
- Basic understanding of web applications and software products.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to learn recent software quickly.
- Patience and a customer-friendly attitude.

Qualification
- Any Bachelor's degree.
- Freshers with good communication and basic computer knowledge can apply.
