Key Responsibilities

- Plan, schedule, and monitor CNC machining operations as per production requirements.

- Study engineering drawings, process sheets, and work instructions to ensure accurate machining.

- Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, inserts, and measuring instruments for machining operations.

- Monitor production output, cycle time, machine utilization, and productivity.

- Coordinate with Quality, Production, Tool Room, Maintenance, PPC, and Engineering teams for smooth operations.

- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, PPE requirements, and standard operating procedures.

- Train and guide CNC operators on machine operation, program handling, tooling, quality, and safety.

Key Skills

- CNC/VMC/HMC machining knowledge

- CNC programming and parameter setting

- AutoCAD / CAD-CAM knowledge

- Engineering drawing & GD&T;

- Cutting tools and machining processes

- Problem solving & RCA

- Production planning and process improvement

- Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing

- MS Excel and production reporting

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
