Job Position: Junior Process Associate/ International Voice Process

Location: KGISL Campus, Saravanamapatti, Coimbatore

Shift: US Shift with rotational week off

Working days: 5 days working and 2 days rotational week off

Mode: Onsite

Eligibility: Any degree can apply

Pay: 15000-20000 per month

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally and efficiently.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information and appropriate solutions.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by resolving customer queries in a timely manner.
- Promote company products and services by identifying suitable opportunities for cross selling or upselling whenever applicable.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM applications and internal systems.
- Learn and effectively use company tools, applications, and process guidelines.




- Meet individual and team productivity, quality, and performance targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and process requirements.
- Collaborate with team members and support business objectives to achieve process goals.
