We are looking for a Junior Product Associate who is curious about technology, understands how digital products work, and enjoys working with cross-functional teams.

? What You’ll Do• Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, Designers, QA, and other teams.

- Understand product requirements, user needs, and business problems.
- Analyze user feedback, reviews, and product issues to identify improvement opportunities.
- Assist with user stories, product documentation, and feature requirements.
- Support product testing, QA, troubleshooting, and issue tracking.
- Conduct basic product, market, and competitor research.
- Track product-related tasks, feedback, and action items.
- Support product launches, release notes, and feature communication.
- Take ownership of assigned product-related tasks and ensure timely completion.

? Who We’re Looking For• 1–2 years of relevant industry experience in Product Associate, Technical Business Analyst, Business Analyst, Product Support, or similar roles.

- Relevant internship experience in product, technology, business analysis, or software-related roles is also welcome.
- Strong understanding of technology products, web/mobile applications, and product usability.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.




- Basic troubleshooting knowledge and ability to identify and communicate product issues.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical team members.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Curious, organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

? Educational BackgroundB.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or a related technical field is preferred.

A Master’s degree with a technical background will be an added advantage.

Candidates from reputed institutions with strong technical projects, AI projects, usability projects, or software/product-related academic work are encouraged to apply.

- Technical Business Analysis experience
- AI / Machine Learning project exposure
- UI/UX or product usability understanding
- Jira, Trello, Figma, or similar tools
- QA / software testing experience
