We are looking for a Junior Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day staffing and office operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate candidate interviews, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Maintain recruitment and client-related records.
- Prepare reports, trackers, and daily status updates.
- Coordinate with recruiters, clients, and candidates.
- Assist with onboarding and documentation processes.
- Support general administrative and operational activities.
Pay: ₹11,278.86 - ₹20,584.55 per month
Work Location: In person
