Role Description This is a full time, on-site role based in Goregaon for a Junior Motion Graphic Designer & Video Editor. The role involves creating motion graphics, editing videos, and designing visual content for digital and mainstream campaigns targeted at Tier 2/3 and rural audiences. Daily tasks include collaborating with the creative team on concepts, storyboards, and visual styles; producing short-form and long-form video content; and adapting graphics for multiple platforms such as social media, digital ads,



and brand films.

The Junior Motion Graphic

Designer & Video Editor will also assist in preparing assets for client presentations, optimizing videos for various formats, and maintaining brand consistency across projects.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Motion Design and Motion Graphics for digital and video-led campaigns.
- Hands-on experience in Video Production, including video editing and basic post-production workflows.
- Proficiency in Graphic Design and Graphics creation for social media, digital ads, and other marketing materials.
- Working knowledge of industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator or equivalent).
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, follow storyboards, and adapt visuals to diverse regional and rural audiences.
- Attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Design, Animation, Media, or a related field; prior internship or 0–2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Interest in rural and Tier 2/3 markets and willingness to learn about “Bharat” consumer behavior.
