Job Summary:

The Junior Marketing Assistant will support the marketing team in planning and executing marketing activities, maintaining customer and marketing records, coordinating with internal teams, and assisting with promotional campaigns. The role is suitable for a fresher who is interested in building a career in marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the marketing team in day-to-day marketing activities.
- Support promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research.
- Maintain customer, lead, and marketing databases.
- Assist in preparing marketing reports and presentations.
- Coordinate with sales and other departments.
- Follow up with customers or leads when required.
- Assist with social media and digital marketing activities.
- Help prepare marketing materials, brochures, presentations, and other documents.




- Track campaign responses and maintain records.
- Support the team during events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
- Perform other marketing-related tasks assigned by the manager.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of marketing concepts.
- Good MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
- Valuable organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.

Educational Qualification: Graduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. An MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
