Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source and attract top talent for various manufacturing roles through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other sources.
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the role.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a smooth recruitment process from start to finish.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines during the entire recruitment cycle.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in non-IT recruitment or talent acquisition in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of industrialization processes and ability to source candidates from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build robust relationships with clients (hiring managers) and internal stakeholders.
