Alphasine Technologies is looking for a Junior Mechanical R&D; Engineer – Product Design to join its Product Design and Development team.

The role involves designing mechanical housings, gear trains, thermal-management structures and dynamic assemblies for electric powertrains and cordless power tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Create 3D parametric models and complex mechanical assemblies.
- Prepare production-ready 2D manufacturing drawings.
- Use AutoCAD and other CAD software for mechanical design.
- Apply Design for Manufacturing principles for injection molding, die casting, CNC machining and sheet-metal fabrication.
- Work with GD&T; standards.
- Design, build and iterate physical prototypes.
- Work in the company's rapid-prototyping and machine-shop workplace.
- Evaluate mechanical stress, vibration resistance and thermal dissipation.
- Prepare and maintain BOMs and engineering documentation.
- Maintain engineering change logs and tolerance stack-up analyses.
- Prepare assembly manuals and related technical documentation.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, particularly 2D drafting and GD&T.;
- Exposure to 3D parametric modelling software.
- Understanding of engineering mechanics.
- Knowledge of materials including alloys, engineering polymers and composites.
- Understanding of standard mechanical fits and tolerances.
- Practical experience with prototypes,



machine-shop work or mechanical design projects.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Good attention to detail.
- Interest in electro-mechanical product development and R&D.;

Eligibility
- B.Tech / B.E. or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or Machine Design.
- 2025 or 2026 graduates.
- Freshers are eligible.
- Candidates with hands-on college projects such as BAJA/FSAE or similar mechanical projects are encouraged to apply.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Location: Aishbagh, Lucknow Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
