Role Description The Junior Operations Associate is a hybrid role based in Gurgaon. This position supports day-to-day store and back-end operations, including inventory tracking, organizing and displaying products, and ensuring accurate documentation of stock movement. The role involves coordinating with suppliers and internal teams, assisting with order processing and packaging, and helping maintain a clean, efficient, and customer-friendly environment.

Associate will also support basic data entry, reporting, and process improvements to ensure smooth operations and a positive experience for customers and team members.

Qualifications





- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory, maintain records, and handle multiple operational tasks efficiently.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications such as spreadsheets, inventory software, and email tools.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with suppliers, colleagues, and customers.
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset to identify discrepancies and support process improvements.
- Interest in home décor, antiques, and sustainable living practices such as reusing and repurposing items.
- Ability to work in office full-time in Gurgaon
