Role Description This full-time, on-site Junior Interior Designer role is based in Surat and involves supporting the design team across all project phases.

Responsibilities include assisting with concept development, preparing mood boards, and contributing to space planning and layout refinements. The role involves helping produce construction and interior drawings, coordinating with senior designers, and maintaining project documentation.

The Junior Interior

Designer will support FF&E; selection, vendor coordination, and site visits to ensure design intent is accurately implemented.



Collaboration with clients and internal teams to refine design solutions and meet project timelines is an integral part of the day-to-day work.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Interior Design and FF&E; selection, with an eye for materials, finishes, and detailing.
- Proficiency in Space Planning, ensuring functional, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing layouts.
- Understanding of Architecture and construction principles, with the ability to interpret design intent.
- Ability to create accurate Construction Drawings and interior documentation using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit).
- Relevant diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of building codes and industry standards, preferably in the local context.
- Strong visualization, presentation, and communication skills, including client-facing interactions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a studio setting, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks.
