Junior Graphic Designer Role-
The Junior Graphic Designer will execute the visual language of key IPs, including Architectural Digest Design Show and Vogue Wedding Atelier, across campaign, digital, social, print, OOH and on-ground experiences. The role requires a strong luxury, editorial and contemporary design sensibility, with the ability to translate creative direction into distinctive work, manage multiple stakeholders and deliver to a high standard in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative development
- Turn briefs and creative direction into polished design, and contribute ideas at the concept stage.
- Extend established visual systems consistently across campaigns, platforms and formats.
- Make considered choices in typography, imagery, composition and colour.
- Suggest ways to refresh and improve each IP's visual identity.
Creative execution
- Digital & social: social and paid media assets, website and landing-page creatives, emailers, CRM and WhatsApp communications, digital invitations, banners and UI assets.
- Event,
print & OOH: invitations, event collateral, brochures, programmes, print ads, hoardings, venue branding, signage and on-ground screens.
- Partner & commercial: sponsor and exhibitor branding, co-branded assets, presentations and marketing collateral.
- Motion: simple animated social assets and digital-screen adaptations.
Design quality
- Keep every touchpoint premium, editorial and true to each IP's identity.
- Integrate partner and sponsor branding without diluting the core brand.
- Deliver accurate artwork that meets production specs.
Collaboration
- Work with the marketing, editorial, events and sales teams, and handle feedback through revisions and approvals.
- Manage multiple projects at once and keep stakeholders updated on timelines and production needs.
- Coordinate file handovers with printers, fabricators and vendors.
What we're looking for Required
- graphic design experience, ideally in fashion, luxury, lifestyle, media, design or events (agency or in-house).
- Strong proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Working knowledge of Figma for web and digital layouts.
- Good understanding of print production, artwork specs and file preparation.
- Comfort designing across multiple sizes, formats and outputs.
- A portfolio with both digital and print work that shows a solid eye for typography and layout.
Desirable
- Working knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro or other motion-design tools.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design and creative tools.
- Understanding of responsive web design and digital design systems.
- Experience designing for digital screens, motion and experiential environments.
