Junior Finance Executive –

Job Title: Junior Finance Executive

Role: The Junior Finance Executive supports the finance and accounting team in day-to-day financial activities, maintaining records, processing transactions, and assisting with reports and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update financial and accounting records.
- Prepare and verify invoices, bills, receipts, and payment documents.
- Record daily transactions in accounting software such as Tally or ERP.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
- Support GST, TDS, and other basic statutory compliance activities.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and receivables.




- Assist senior finance team members during audits.
- Check expenses and supporting documents.
- Prepare Excel reports and maintain financial data.
- Coordinate with other departments regarding invoices, payments, and expenses.

Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of Accounting and Finance
- MS Excel
- Tally/ERP knowledge
- Positive numerical and analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of GST and TDS
- Ability to maintain confidential financial information
- Willingness to learn

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
