JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Junior HR Executive with 1–2 years of experience in the manufacturing industry to support our HR and administrative functions. The ideal candidate should have hands on experience in end-to-end recruitment, payroll processing, statutory compliance, HRIS systems like KEKA and employee engagement activities. This role requires strong coordination skills, documentation abilities and creativity in handling internal communication and employer branding.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews and onboarding.
- Manage payroll processing and maintain attendance records using HRIS systems like KEKA.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Organize and coordinate employee engagement activities and internal events.
- Manage ESIC & PF registration, compliance, and monthly calculations.
- Support administrative activities and general office coordination.
- Design posters, newsletters, job posts and internal communication creatives using Canva.
- Maintain employee database, documentation and HR records.
- Handle company social media accounts for recruitment and branding purposes.




- Have experience in KPI matrix management or any related tolls like Power BI.
- Organize internal meetings and support HR team coordination and communication.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Experience in end-to-end recruitment and payroll processing.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS tools like KEKA. Knowledge of ESIC & PF registration and statutory compliance.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, LinkedIn, and digital marketing. Ability to design visually appealing posts and creatives for social media and job postings.
- Strong documentation and database management skills. Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Robust organizational and multitasking skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- MBA – HR or any degree related to Human Resource Management
- 1–2 years of experience in the manufacturing industry or any related
- Practical exposure to recruitment, payroll, HR operations, statutory compliance and canvas designing.
