TMP The Man Project is a premium bespoke and made-to-measure menswear brand based in Pune. We're looking for a Fashion Designer to conceptualise and deliver seasonal menswear collections that reflect our brand identity from initial concept through fabric sourcing, sampling, and production.

This role suits a designer with a strong creative eye, hands-on knowledge of garment construction, and the ability to work closely with our sampling and production teams to take a design from sketch to finished garment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conceptualise and develop seasonal menswear collections aligned with the brand's aesthetic and target market
- Create design sketches, technical flat drawings, and design boards for approved styles
- Research fashion trends, fabric innovations, and market directions in premium menswear
- Develop mood boards, colour palettes, and season theme presentations




- Design individual bespoke/made-to-measure garments per client requirements
- Source and select fabrics, trims, and embellishments; liaise with suppliers and mills
- Evaluate fabric swatches for quality, drape, and suitability
- Prepare detailed tech packs construction specs, measurement charts, finishing instructions
- Work with the master tailor and sampling team on prototypes and fit sessions
- Conduct in-line quality checks during bulk production and flag deviations from approved samples
- Maintain design records and an approved sample archive
- Support lookbook shoots, Instagram content, and campaign direction with the marketing team

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design (NIFT, Pearl Academy, or equivalent)
- 0 to 3 years' experience in menswear design, preferably premium or bespoke clothing
- Strong sketching skills; proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW
- Hands-on experience with fabric sourcing, garment construction, and tech pack preparation
- Knowledge of Indian ethnic and western fusion menswear is a plus
- Excellent eye for detail, colour, proportion, and fit
- Comfortable managing multiple styles in a fast-paced studio environment
- Willing to travel occasionally for fabric sourcing, trade fairs, and vendor visits
