Assist the Executive Chef and senior kitchen team in managing daily kitchen operations

Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff during food preparation and service

Ensure food is prepared according to standard recipes, quality standards and presentation guidelines

Monitor the taste, quality, portion size and consistency of all food items

Maintain proper food hygiene, safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen

Ensure proper storage, handling and rotation of food ingredients

Check the availability and quality of raw materials and coordinate with the concerned team for requirements

Monitor food wastage and help maintain proper inventory and stock levels

Train and guide junior kitchen staff on food preparation, hygiene and kitchen procedures





Ensure all kitchen equipment and work areas are clean and maintained properly

Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely food preparation and smooth operations

Assist in menu preparation, new dish development and improving existing recipes

Follow standard operating procedures and maintain kitchen discipline

Handle kitchen operations in the absence of senior chefs when required

Ensure compliance with company food safety and quality standards

Pay: ₹49,000.00 - ₹59,000.00 per month
