We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior QA/QC Engineer to support our Solar EPC team. You will conduct site inspections, monitor Quality Control (QC) processes, verify civil/electrical installations, and maintain complete QA/QC documentation across solar power plant projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Site Inspections: Conduct daily quality checks on civil foundations, module mounting structures (MMS), solar PV modules, inverter stations, cabling, and transformer yards against approved drawings and Inspection Test Plans (ITP).

- Material Quality Control: Inspect incoming materials at site (modules, structure, cables, accessories), perform material receipt verification, and review mill test certificates.

- Non-Conformance Management: Identify site defects, raise Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and coordinate with subcontractors for timely corrective actions.

- Testing & Commissioning Assistance: Assist senior engineers with testing activities (torque testing,



megger testing, string open-circuit voltage checks, thermal imaging support).

- Documentation & Audit: Maintain all QA/QC logs, Request for Inspection (RFI) records, test reports, and prepare documentation for client handover.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s or Diploma in Electrical , Mechanical, Civil or Electronics .

- Experience: 0–1 years of experience in QA/QC engineering within Solar PV, Power, or Construction EPC projects.

- Skills: Knowledge of solar plant components, reading execution/SLD drawings, and basic measuring instruments (torque wrenches, multimeter, insulation testers).

- Location Flexibility: Willingness to travel to solar project sites.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
