Responsible for supporting initial monitoring, basic triage, and coordination activities for business-critical applications built on .NET, C#, Angular, and Microsoft SQL Server. This entry level role is intended for candidates with 06 months of experience who can learn and adapt the production support processes, follow documented SOPs, assist in troubleshooting, and work under guidance to maintain application stability and support timely incident resolution.

Shift timings: 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM IST , 03:00 PM to 12:00 AM and 09:00 PM to 06:00 AM

Role & responsibilities

- Assist with initial triage and basic troubleshooting for application, website, and backend service incidents under supervision
- Monitor application health, alerts, dashboards, and routine system notifications using available monitoring tools
- Help analyze issues related to .NET applications, APIs, database layers, and Angular frontends with guidance from senior team members
- Execute basic SQL SELECT queries for data validation and issue verification




- Identify and report whether issues appear related to application, database, infrastructure, or network layers
- Perform basic log review, including IIS logs, application logs, and event logs, following defined SOPs
- Support routine validation activities such as service status checks, job checks, and basic post-remediation verification

Preferred candidate profile

- Basic academic or training-level understanding of .NET framework / .NET Core applications • Basic familiarity with C# concepts and application flow
- Basic awareness of Angular-based web applications and frontend behaviour • Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL
- Basic understanding of APIs, HTTP status codes, and web services
- Willing to work on log monitoring or observability tools such as LogicMonitor, Dynatrace, or similar platforms
