Alphasine Technologies is hiring a Junior Embedded Firmware & R&D; Engineer for its core Research & Development team. The role is suitable for fresh engineering graduates interested in embedded systems, motor control, firmware development and hardware R&D.;

You will work with senior R&D; engineers on embedded firmware, BLDC/PMSM motor control, actuator platforms and hardware validation.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop embedded C/C firmware for microcontrollers.
- Work with bare-metal and RTOS-based firmware.
- Implement motor control algorithms including FOC, SPWM/SVPWM and closed-loop speed/torque control.
- Work on sensorless motor commutation.
- Interface microcontrollers with digital encoders, current sensors and power stages.
- Work with BLDC/PMSM motors and high-torque actuators.
- Perform hardware-in-the-loop testing and laboratory validation.
- Analyze oscilloscope waveforms and troubleshoot thermal and EMI/EMC issues.
- Use AI coding tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude or ChatGPT for development, debugging and technical problem-solving.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Embedded C/C .
- Understanding of ARM Cortex-M architecture.
- Knowledge of SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, timers and PWM.
- Understanding of BLDC/PMSM motors and motor-control fundamentals.
- Knowledge of inverter topologies and feedback sensors.




- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Interest in R&D;, embedded systems and hardware development.
- Ability to understand technical research papers and convert concepts into prototypes.

Eligibility
- B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics, Electrical, Embedded Systems or Mechatronics.
- 2025 or 2026 graduates.
- Freshers are eligible.
- Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
