We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can help us expand our B2B client base through effective lead generation, prospecting, social media management, and digital marketing activities.

Job Overview The candidate will be responsible for generating B2B leads for software development and IT services, identifying potential clients, managing prospect databases, conducting LinkedIn and email outreach, and strengthening WOM Solutions' digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

B2B Lead Generation

- Generate qualified leads for software development and IT services.
- Identify and research potential clients, decision-makers, and target companies.
- Use Apollo.ai, LinkedIn, Lusha.com, and other lead-generation platforms to build prospect lists.
- Research prospects based on industry, company size, location, job title, and business requirements.
- Maintain and regularly update lead databases using Excel/Google Sheets or CRM tools.
- Execute email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate records of interactions.
- Coordinate with the sales/business development team for qualified lead handover.

LinkedIn & Social Media Management

- Manage and grow the company's LinkedIn presence.
- Create and publish engaging posts related to software development, technology, company updates, services, and industry trends.
- Prepare and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
- Monitor engagement, comments, messages, and interactions.
- Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility and generate inbound leads.

Digital Marketing





- Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns for lead generation.
- Support email marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Conduct competitor and market research.
- Assist with website content and basic SEO activities.
- Monitor website, social media, and campaign performance.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on leads, campaigns, engagement, and conversions.
- Continuously research new tools and methods for B2B lead generation.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Lead Generation, B2B Marketing, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Apollo.ai, LinkedIn, and Lusha.com or similar lead-generation tools.
- Good understanding of B2B lead generation and prospecting.
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong research and data-management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Candidates with experience in IT/software/technology lead generation will be preferred.

Education
