- Design & Development
- Create seasonal design concepts, mood boards, color palettes, Tech Park and trend forecasts for innerwear collections.
- Develop innovative and commercially viable designs across lingerie, bras, panties, briefs, shapewear, thermals, and related categories.
- Ensure designs balance comfort, functionality, and aesthetics.
- Product Lifecycle Management

· Oversee the product development process from concept to final sample approval. · Work closely with sampling teams, pattern masters, and production to achieve perfect fits and finishes.

· Conduct fabric, trim, and accessory research, ensuring alignment with design intent and cost parameters.

- Market & Consumer Insights

· Analyse market trends, competitor products, and consumer insights to ensure relevance and competitiveness. · Translate fashion trends into commercially successful innerwear designs.
- Collaboration
- Coordinate with merchandising, sourcing, marketing and other departments to align product launches with business goals.
- Mentor junior designers and support teams in design development.
- Quality & Innovation




- Drive innovation in fabrics (lace, microfiber, cotton blends, and elastics) and finishing techniques.
- Ensure comfort, durability, and compliance with brand quality standards.

Key Skills & Competencies

- Basic Knowledge in fabrics and trims relevant to lingerie, men’s/women’s undergarments, shapewear, outer wear, T shirts, Shorts, Joggers, Active wear and Accessories.
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, corel draw, Excel).
- Creative flair with strong trend awareness.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to handle multiple collections and deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelors / Master’s degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Technology, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in the apparel industry.
- Proven track record of successful product launches in the innerwear category.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
