About the role:

- Ideas & Writing: Understand briefs and develop campaign ideas, concepts, headlines, scripts, brand stories and digital content that are simple, sharp and engaging.
- Collaboration: Work closely with client growth partners and creative team to translate communication strategies into compelling creative work across platforms.
- Curiosity & Craft: Research brands, consumers and culture; stay curious about emerging media and technology, and continuously improve your writing and creative skills.
- Ownership & Teamwork: Take responsibility for your work, contribute to brainstorming and problem-solving, collaborate positively with the team, and be open to feedback, learning and experimentation.
- Rewrite. And rewrite again. Because the first draft is often just the opening argument.

What we’re looking for

- A naturally curious mind.
- Strong command of English. Knowledge of Tamil is a big plus.
- Ability to find engaging thoughts in ordinary things.
- Understanding of advertising, storytelling and human behaviour.
- Ability to write across different tones and formats.
- Willingness to learn, experiment, fail, relearn and raise the bar.
