Job SummaryWe are looking for a Junior MEP BIM Engineer with 1–3 years of experience in BIM modeling and MEP design coordination. The candidate will support the BIM and engineering team in developing accurate MEP models, preparing drawings, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Revit MEP and a good understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing (MEP) systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain accurate MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare and update BIM models based on engineering drawings and project requirements.
- Create MEP layouts, shop drawings, and detailed documentation.
- Coordinate MEP models with architectural and structural models.
- Identify and assist in resolving clashes and coordination issues.
- Work with senior BIM Engineers/Coordinators to ensure model accuracy and quality.
- Follow BIM standards, project protocols, and modeling guidelines.
- Make necessary model revisions based on design changes and coordination comments.
- Support the preparation of BIM deliverables and project documentation.




- Coordinate with internal engineering and project teams as required.

Required Skills
- Hands-on knowledge of Autodesk Revit MEP.
- Basic understanding of MEP systems and engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of BIM modeling and coordination workflows.
- Ability to read and understand MEP drawings.
- Basic knowledge of Navisworks is preferred.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work within project deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Education
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Candidates with relevant technical MEP BIM experience will be considered.

Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in MEP BIM modeling.
- Experience working on commercial, residential, industrial, or international BIM projects is an advantage.
- Candidates with experience specifically in Mechanical or Electrical BIM modeling are preferred.

Key RequirementsPrimary: Revit MEP + hands-on BIM Modeling Secondary: Navisworks + MEP coordination knowledge
