Reports to: Managing Partner

Experience: 1–3 years | Qualification: B.Arch

About the role

This is a execution focused role. You will be the studio's presence on every active project — making sure what was drawn is what gets built. You'll spend most of your week on sites, and the rest in the studio translating site reality back into drawings. If you want to spend your day in 3ds Max, this isn't it. If you want to know how a space actually comes together, it is.

Key responsibilities

Site execution

- Daily site visits across active residential and commercial projects
- Set out and mark on site as per approved drawings; verify levels, dimensions and alignments before work begins
- Supervise carpentry, civil, electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring and false ceiling works against the drawing and the specification
- Catch deviations early — wrong material, wrong dimension, wrong sequence — and stop the work before it has to be redone
- Maintain a daily site report: manpower present, work completed, issues, photographs
- Coordinate sequencing between trades so one contractor isn't waiting on another





Measurement and documentation

- Take accurate site measurements and prepare/update as-built drawings
- Mark GFC drawing revisions arising from site conditions
- Verify contractor measurement sheets and work bills against actual executed quantity
- Maintain a snag list through the project and drive closure before handover

Drawing and technical

- Read and interpret architectural, interior, electrical, plumbing and furniture detail drawings
- Prepare working drawings and details in AutoCAD as required for site
- Flag drawing errors or buildability issues to the design team before they reach site

Material and vendor coordination

- Check incoming material against the approved sample and specification — reject what doesn't match
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors on delivery schedules and site readiness
- Track material requirements ahead of time so work doesn't stall

Client and studio coordination

- Attend site meetings with clients alongside the design team
- Report progress, delays and decisions needed, to the Managing Partner weekly
- Escalate anything affecting cost, timeline or quality the same day it's spotted
