Role Description The Junior Architect will support design and documentation for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects, including concept development, schematic design, and detailed drawings. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing plans, sections, and elevations, assisting with 3D models and visualizations, coordinating design details with senior architects, and participating in site visits to understand project constraints and progress.

The role also involves collaborating with consultants, contributing to façade and interior design solutions,



maintaining project documentation, and helping ensure designs align with sustainability and building codes. This is a full time, hybrid role based in New Delhi, with a mix of in-office collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to contribute to concept development and detailed drawings.
- Ability to support Software Development and Integration tasks related to architectural tools (e.g., BIM, CAD, visualization software) for coordinated project workflows.
- Basic Project Management skills, including organizing documentation, tracking tasks, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and rendering tools is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution and eligibility to work in India.
- Attention to detail, strong design sensibility, and an understanding of sustainable materials and practices.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, design-focused environment.
