Role Description The Junior Amazon Marketplace Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role involves assisting in the day-to-day management of Amazon seller accounts, including listing products, updating content, and monitoring inventory and pricing. The executive will help optimize product listings with relevant keywords, images, and descriptions to improve visibility and conversion.

Responsibilities also include tracking performance metrics, preparing basic reports, coordinating with internal teams to implement promotional campaigns,



and resolving listing or account-related issues through the Amazon platform. The role requires close collaboration with senior team members and adherence to marketplace policies and best practices.

Qualifications

- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, preferably Amazon Seller Central or similar marketplace tools.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, such as SEO, online advertising, and product listing optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with spreadsheets, dashboards, and performance reports.
- Good written and verbal communication skills for product copy, internal coordination, and client communication.
- Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Comfortable working on-site in Pune Division and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field is preferred; relevant internships or experience in e-commerce are a plus.
- Willingness to learn Amazon marketplace policies, tools, and best practices, and adapt to new trends and technologies.
