Junior Architect / Architect – Design

Job Summary

Develop and manage architectural designs for high-rise residential projects, from concept development through detailed design stages, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Should work closely with the Senior Architect to prepare Architectural Drawings for execution at site.
- Must be able to understand and coordinate Structural, MEP, Interior and Landscape consultants Drawings.
- Must be able to understand customer request. check feasibility study and modify the standard layouts accordingly.

- Knowledge of byelaws
- Preparing Area Calculation statements as required by the Senior Architect
- Visiting Sites to check the Compliance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's / master's degree in architecture

Experience

Junior Architect: 3+ years in architectural design on Large-scale Residential projects

Architect: 6+ years in architectural design on Large-scale Residential projects

Key Skills

- CAD, Revit/BIM
- Design development
- Code knowledge
- Coordination
- Must have solid written and verbal communication skills in English and Kannada
