We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and support overall accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a good understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Monitor expenses and support budget tracking
- Prepare financial reports and MIS reports as required
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for financial matters
- Assist during audits by providing necessary documentation and reports
- Ensure timely tax filings and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, etc., if applicable)

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting,



or Finance (B.Com or equivalent)
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance-related roles
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and standards
- Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations
- Proficient in Excel.

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or similar tools)
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities
- Good communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in handling end-to-end accounting processes
- Knowledge of financial reporting and compliance requirements
- Prior experience in a similar industry
