Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support the company's accounting and finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and expenses accurately.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
- Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Maintain customer and vendor account records and ledgers.
- Perform bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain payment records.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for invoices, payments, and accounting-related queries.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure accurate data entry.
- Prepare basic daily, monthly,



and periodic accounting reports.
- Assist senior management/accountant with other accounting and finance-related tasks.

Requirements
- Graduate in B.Com, M.Com, or a relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Accounts, Finance, or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Working knowledge of Tally/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidential financial information.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
