Position: Jr. Accountant / Billing Clerk

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Qualification: B.Com Graduate

Experience: Freshers can apply; experience in Tally is preferred.

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Jr. Accountant / Billing Clerk to support our accounting and billing operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, handling billing-related activities, recording transactions, and assisting with day-to-day accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and manage sales invoices, bills, and other billing documents.

Enter and maintain accounting transactions accurately in Tally.

Maintain proper records of sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and expenses.





Assist with accounts payable and receivable activities.

Verify invoices and supporting documents for accuracy.

Assist in maintaining daily accounting records and reports.

Reconcile transactions and identify discrepancies when required.

Coordinate with internal teams regarding billing and accounting-related queries.

Assist the senior accounts team with routine accounting and administrative tasks.

Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Requirements

B.Com / Bachelor of Commerce degree.

Good knowledge of basic accounting principles.

Working knowledge of Tally is preferred.

Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good communication and organisational skills.

Ability to manage routine tasks and meet deadlines.

Freshers are welcome to apply.
